10. CAPCE Privacy Statement

By agreeing to our terms and conditions, the user understands the Emergency Resilience, as a requirement of CAPCE accreditation, will submit a record of my course completion to the CAPCE AMS. The user further understands that their course completion records may be accessed by, or shared with, such regulators as state EMS officers, training officers, and NREMT on a password-protected need-to0know basis. In addition, all users understand that they may review their record of CAPCE accredited course completions by contacting CAPCE directly.
